Thanks for supporting us. Enjoy your read.
Hi Friends!
We’re considering changing the name to align with our posting content.
We have a name ( here’s a little hint: it has to do with water and land) and will announce it with the new logo this week, so be on the lookout for that issue.
Be Well! Stay Safe!

I don't know about you, but when I think about going to the beach, I think of traffic, parking, people, people, and even more people.
I like calm, not necessarily private, but smaller eaches.
Today, we're posting a story from Martha Ross of The Mercury News on the GM Today Newspaper about California's most gorgeous, loneliest beaches.

I read this article today and made some calls to some of my back friends who still hike and backpack as to whether they have to pay for parking on public lands.

Here is the complete story from Erin Rode, Contributing LA Outdoors Editor for SF Gate Los Angeles.

I mentioned above about our name change, and here's one more story to explain why.
We posted about California's most gorgeous, loneliest beaches, and now we are posting about the 13 most beautiful hikes.
Are you getting the hint of the name yet? A few more hints: beaches, water, land, hikes, mountains. That's it till the name is revealed.
But here's the complete list of hikes from Emily Pennington of Outside Magazine with her story.

Here is the complete story with the menu and a look at great times from Karen Palmer, Contributing LA Food Editor of SF Gate Los Angeles.
