Hey Friends!
Sorry for the delay. I am dealing with the aftereffects of a minor surgery on Thursday. I’m finally up and around.
So, here we go…
Who said it doesn’t pay to be a billionaire? Someone once said that, but in this story, it did pay to come from a billionaire family.
Graffeo Coffee Roasters is San Francisco’s oldest coffee roaster and one of the oldest in North America, but it will get larger in the coming years.
After 47 years, new ownership is coming in, and it’s none other than Walth Haas III, grandson of Walter Haas Jr., the late millionaire and president of Levi Strauss & Company, who has purchased a majority stake in the coffee roaster.
More on this story from SF Gate and Jessica Yadegaran, Food Editor.
If you're looking to spend a quiet and relaxing time with your significant other or maybe a wild time with the kids, my advice is Morro Bay.
The beaches are fantastic, and the views are even better. If you love seafood, then that’s even better with the views on the beach.
Sitting on the docks enjoying some fish and chips or other delight while staring at Morro Bay rock, especially in the evening around sunset, will make any day worth the trip.
Here’s more from the Dixon Independent.
